  • Stock index tab orders:  Order minimum is 30 packages.  Stock orders of less than 80 packages will have a $25.00 service fee added to your invoice.
  • Shipping charges are estimated.  We will email you an invoice with the actual shipping charges once your order has shipped
  • One-Sided Style tabs are now considered custom.  There is an order minimum of 30 packages (no $25.00 service fee).  These will take 7-10 business days to ship.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of shipment for non-credit card purchases
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be authorized. Items are only eligible for return if they were purchased within 30 days.  If return is due to our error, we will arrange a UPS pickup and credit the return to your account. If return is due to your error, we will accept the return and issue credit for 85% of original cost, less shipping charges.
  • Custom-made indexes and stock items punched to your specifications are non-returnable.
  • Indexes can be punched for 1ยข per sheet.
